Purple Cadence is a tool for self-reflection and habit tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling with a mental health crisis, please seek professional help immediately.

3. Use of the App

Purple Cadence is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Since the app functions locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The Purple Cadence app, including its design, code, and graphics, is the property of Purple Cadence and is protected by copyright laws. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PURPLE CADENCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms of Service are in addition to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
